I've never heard of the Pomodoro Technique before but I follow along with FlyLady and she does something similar only it's 15 minutes. And yes I love how it works. =)

I love this! I just took a time management class and it fits perfectly. I am determined to squeeze more productivity out of my day. My husband is so good about using 5 minutes here and there to accomplish small tasks...sounds like your Mom was too! Thanks for the post. I was just thinking about you the other day as I changed the bag in my lovely holder. That design is awesome! Love the purse and the pocket square is so cute! Cheers!

That's fantastic! I had no idea someone named that timer technique! My kids do the same thing, they always shout to me wherever I am, "Mama, your timer dinged!" I use it for myself, but also to help my son (who is six) set limits for when to stop building Legos and get into the bath, or whatever. So that way the timer is the bad guy telling him to stop, not me! Gives him alot more control, and saves me from having to nag.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I like your stuff. Good luck on the Halloween costume. I have TWO to make!
