I have a thing for orange creamsicle. I never thought I'd choose it over chocolate, but quite often it sounds more appealing to me. It's lighter and in some way energizing. So I tried this simple orange sorbet recipe and was more than pleased with the results. So I mixed it with store bought light vanilla ice cream, I'm ok with that. (Recipe notes: I needed more freezing time than the recipe called for and couldn't quite get 3 cups of OJ out of 6 oranges so I added some bottled OJ.)
