I wish I had this when I was a kid.  Well, it's mine now and I'm so happy!  It makes the most wonderful chain stitch.  No foot pedal.  No bobbins.  It's adorable!  Found it on Etsy.  It's the Singer Sewhandy (sew handy) 50D made in Great Britain.

Everybody needs a Helping Hand

When I found this "Helping Hand" the other day I knew my son would love it, I was right.  I think another appropriate name would be "Really Cool Gadgety Thing for Boys".  It would even make a fun and unexpected birthday gift, I will have to go back and get more to store away!
