I made this Civil War Uniform for Micah at Halloween, but never got around to sharing it! I really can't believe it turned out ok, considering I had no pattern at all. I basically draped the fabric on him and pinned and cut and sewed and repeated 10x. It drove us both a bit crazy!

He did not wear this on Memorial Day, instead he proudly wore his Cub Scout uniform and we marched in the local parade. I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all the men and women who have served our country and the friends and families who have raised and supported them!
Would have loved to seen the proud cub scout march!
